Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the World Choice Awards™ website, platform, services, or any affiliated digital or physical offerings. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and World Entertainment™ ("we," "us," or "our"), the parent organization and operator of the World Choice Awards™.
 
By accessing or using any part of the World Choice Awards™ platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
 
1. Overview of Services
The World Choice Awards™ is a global platform that celebrates excellence, creativity, and innovation across industries. Services may include but are not limited to:

• Public nominations and voting processes

• Award recognitions and announcements

• Online content and communications

• Digital or in-person events

• Crowdfunding campaigns

• Community engagement and promotions

World Entertainment™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

• Use the platform in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws

Users under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. User Accounts
Some features of the platform may require registration. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

• Accept full responsibility for any activity under your account

4. Nominations and Voting
The nomination and voting process is designed to be fair, transparent, and community-driven. By participating, you agree to:

• Refrain from fraudulent or automated voting methods

• Abide by all rules published on our official platforms

• Accept the final decisions made by World Choice Awards™ and its governing committee

World Entertainment™ reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate any terms or compromise the integrity of the process.

5. Content Submission and Intellectual Property
By submitting content (e.g., nominations, biographies, images, comments, videos) to the platform, you:

• Grant World Entertainment™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and promote the content in connection with the Awards

• Warrant that you own the rights to your content or have obtained necessary permissions

• Agree not to submit content that is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or infringes on any third-party rights

All content and materials provided by World Entertainment™, including logos, designs, media, and branding, are the intellectual property of World Entertainment™ and may not be used without prior written consent.

6. Community Guidelines
Users must not:

• Use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activities

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff

• Engage in spamming, phishing, or spreading malware

• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with the platform

We reserve the right to monitor activity and take appropriate action, including suspension or removal, in response to violations.

7. Fundraising and Payments
We may conduct crowdfunding campaigns through platforms such as Ko-Fi. All donations or purchases made in support of the World Choice Awards™ are subject to the third-party platform’s terms and policies. By contributing, you acknowledge that:

• Contributions are voluntary and non-refundable

• Perks or rewards may be subject to change based on campaign outcomes

• World Entertainment™ will make reasonable efforts to fulfill stated goals but cannot guarantee specific outcomes

8. Event Participation
In the future, the World Choice Awards™ may host in-person events, which may include fan interactions, blue carpet experiences, games, and live performances. By registering or attending, you agree to:

• Follow all safety protocols and venue rules

• Accept that your likeness may be recorded or photographed for promotional use

• Comply with behavior expectations and public decency standards

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who disrupt the event or violate the terms of conduct.

9. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, World Entertainment™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the platform

• Participation in the voting or nomination process

• Contributions to crowdfunding campaigns

• Any event-related activity or interaction

All services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless World Entertainment™, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from your:

• Breach of these Terms

• Violation of any law or third-party rights

• Content submissions or conduct on the platform
